Messaging Consent Disclosure
MissedCall Plumber provides a software service that helps businesses follow up with customers who place inbound phone calls that are not answered.
Consent Method
End users provide consent by initiating an inbound phone call to a business using MissedCall Plumber. If the call is missed, a single, transactional SMS message is sent as a direct response to that call. This constitutes implied consent under CTIA guidelines.
Message Purpose
Messages are strictly transactional and service-related. They notify the caller that their call was missed and provide a way to continue the conversation.
Example Message
“Sorry we missed your call — this is {{Company Name}}. Reply YES and we’ll get you scheduled. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Opt-Out
All messages include opt-out instructions. End users may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages.
Message Frequency
One message per missed call. No recurring or promotional messaging is sent.
